• DPA. Pre-signed, GDPR-Article-28-compliant. We’re a thin processor — you stay the controller.
• On-prem option. Deploy the EZLogs server in your VPC. Bring your own Postgres. Keep your data on your hardware.
• Custom limits. Actions, chat, explainer — sized to your real volume, not a marketing ladder.
• Dedicated support. Slack channel with the founding team. No tier-1 ticket queue.

How does Enterprise differ from Scale?

Scale (€799/mo, our top self-serve tier) covers 50M actions/mo, unlimited seats, 365-day retention, and 30,000 chat messages — enough for most high-volume products. Enterprise adds the things you can’t self-serve: SSO/SAML, custom volume, DPA, an SLA on response time, EU data residency commitment, and the option to run the server inside your own infrastructure. If procurement is asking for a signature, a security review, or an on-prem deployment, you’re an Enterprise customer.

Read-only by design

EZLogs reads from your app. We never write back into it. There’s no “pause agent” button that writes to your stack, no webhooks emitted into your systems, no MCP tools that mutate. The blast radius of an EZLogs compromise is read-only — valuable to your security reviewer.

How procurement usually goes

1. Intro call (30 min). Tell us what volume you expect, what compliance regime applies, and whether you need on-prem.
2. Trial on Business or Scale. Trial accounts upgrade cleanly to Enterprise contracts — no re-onboarding.
3. Security review. We send our DPA, SOC2 progress note, and signed-audit-bundle spec. Most reviews take a week.
4. Contract. Standard MSA + DPA, or your paper. Annual billing.
